Yes, I know, I’ve been a bit busy and haven’t posted the last few Jackpot results. I’m attempting to get better with this now that we’re finally somewhat getting caught up with all the work at the farm.

Last night we had the Tuesday night Jackpot with 29 riders. There were quite a few people that showed up to watch as well. Everyone seemed like they had a good time and the dirt turned out pretty good for the most part.

As we mentioned in an earlier post, we put out around 60 tons of river sand last week and last night was the first show we’ve had since. I’m not convinced the sand is helping much yet but overall it seems to at least not be hurting anything. I’ve been dragging the dirt about 4 – 6″ deep every day and that seems to be the real trick. A new drag that we’re hoping is going to greatly simplify the process has been ordered and will hopefully show up in the next 6 weeks.
